I am a Biotechnology Graduate, enthusiastic in pursuing a career in the industry of healthcare. I have a keen interest to work in healthcare and acquire more knowledge. After working for 3.5 years in a related Multinational Company from my campus placement and gaining great foreign experience, I started my own company: ResGenesis Freelance Pvt Ltd in 2016. After which I worked very hard to gather a hardworking team and setup an office in Hyderabad. Within 2 Years, I registered my second company: ResGenesis Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2018 covering various markets which is running successfully. I also founded one partnership firm which is still in budding phase but having a hope of a bright future.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

It’s a tough question! Well, an urge to succeed in whatever field I am working in, led me to become an entrepreneur. Starting from my college days, the passion to always be at the top, has always been the key for me. I started from achieving good grades in studies then went on to acquire great heights in every business assignment today which motivates me to become a successful entrepreneur.

7 years of running a business. Are you glad you decided to start your own business?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

Yes, I am very glad I took the decision to quit my job just 2 months before I was about to get married and then started my own business. It might be a absurd decision, but at the same time it was a very brave one too. Now, with all the ups and downs in these 7 years of my journey, I can proudly say that I am glad that I had taken that decision. But, as it is said ‘Success is not a destination, it’s a journey’; so, my journey continues.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

You’ve founded two Companies and one Partnership Firm. How did it start?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

As I mentioned above, I have a keen interest to work in healthcare and gain more knowledge. After working for 3.5 years in a related Multinational Company from my campus placement and gaining great foreign experience, I started my own company: ResGenesis Freelance Pvt Ltd in 2016. The name was coined by me as ‘Res: Research’ and ‘Genesis: Origin’. So, “ResGenesis means Origin of Research”. After which I worked very hard to gather a hardworking team and setup an office in Hyderabad. Within 2 years, I registered my second company: ResGenesis Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2018 covering various markets which is running successfully. I also founded one partnership firm which is still in its budding phase having a hope of a bright future.

As a Serial Entrepreneur, how do you maintain the balance between multiple businesses?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

It’s really tough to cope up with the schedule and maintaining the balance but the key is developing a good team, dividing responsibilities and deciding priorities in the work. Working for several years, we all know our responsibilities and everyone stands to justify it. Apart from working shoulder by shoulder with my teams, my main role is to motivate them all the time to work better and better.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

What were the key highlights of your business journey?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

My business journey started out with me working from home for around 12-18 hrs day and night on my laptop. As I mentioned that I had quit my job just 2 months before my marriage in 2016 and started my first company with a very brave decision. Since then, my journey was having great ups and downs. My wife started working in a company for managing household expenses as in the initial business days I had invested all my savings to start my company and it always takes a little time to get favourable returns to any business investment initially. So, as mentioned I had to work 12-18 hrs to get what I wanted in the initial months. Then after approximately 6 months, I asked my wife to quit her job and come along with me to start an office. So, she came along with me and we took a sharing office with only 6 seats which is the only number we could afford at that time. Out of 6 we both had to take 2 seats and we then hired the first 4 members of our new company. Initially, it was quite difficult for us to hire the right candidates as our company was new and we only had two people to be seen as owners. The candidates who came for the interview had many expectations from a company where they would work which in our case were very less. But somehow, we managed to get started with 4 employees which gradually turned to 10 then 18 in number just within 6 months. After that we left the sharing space and got our individual office (20 seats) which was nice and small. Now, we have a strength of 18 employees and have started working very hard. Within 1 year we moved to a bigger office space where we are right now having a seating of 50 members. Here itself I started my second company and the partnership firm.

Your company has been awarded the 'Global Business Award 2022' by Great Companies Inc. How did you feel?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

It feels really great and we are very much thankful to all our employees, supporters, well- wishers and of course God that we are working in the right direction due to which we achieved this great award.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

You’re a self-made entrepreneur. How difficult was it to get where you are today?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

Frankly speaking it’s never an easy task to build a brand or to self-build a business empire. People always see where a person is standing, but never talk about the rough path, he/she has gone through to reach there today. I have also gone through a very tough time after the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown. There were times when I had to be worried about the revenue and the salaries I have to give to our employees. But, in those tough times as well, we never cut off anyone’s salaries, bonuses and incentives. I think it is the reward of our humanity and compassion with our employees which turned out to be a blessing that we survived that tough time very well.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

What’s next? What are your plans for the future?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

Well! I am the kind of person who never settles for less. I aspire to make my company the biggest brand. Like the great business giants, I have to make ResGenesis Group excel in all sectors like education, finance, e-publishing, software’s, IT, etc. and not just limited to one or two domains.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

What motivates you to keep doing better?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

As mentioned, an urge to never settle for less is the main motivation for me. Another factor is never stop learning new things. My biggest motivation is my self-belief that what I can do, none can do it better than me.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

    Any advice for aspiring entrepreneurs?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

Although I don’t consider that whatever I have achieved till now is too much so that I can give advice to others but my journey as an entrepreneur taught me great life lessons which I can share with aspiring entrepreneurs in short. Never be satisfied in your professional life, always try to achieve more and more, never stop learning new things, always experiment the process you are following for a longer time, take advices from people but put them into evaluation with your own experiences and ultimately never stop believing in miracles with your self-belief.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

How do you overcome obstacles and get your business on track again?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

I know the process and none can do it better than me is the key to overcome any obstacle for me. I have gained the experience and with experience you will be able to handle any situation as you must have faced the similar situation in the past. So, just believe in yourself and continuous working is the only way you can get the things back on track.

    --Nitesh Jadon

  • Srinivas Sarakadam

According to you, what is the secret to success?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Nitesh Jadon

According to me success is not a destination, it’s a journey. So, if you are enjoying the journey, that is success and that is the secret to enjoy a successful life. Additionally, self- believe and ward work will always be the road to lead this journey.

    --Nitesh Jadon
