I am from Hyderabad and have been working in Software industry from the past 9 years. It’s been a great journey with the same organisation taking over different roles.

You’ve been working in the software domain for over 9 years. What is your role and how is the experience?

I joined as an intern and then became a Full time employee, Thereafter I became a Test Engineer then went on to Senior Test Engineer. Now I have been working as a Test Lead from the last 2 years. Throughout these years, I have given many successful project deliverables on time with quality.

How did you build and improve your skills along the way?

I have been leading and managing a team. From not being able to handle a lot of tasks and now being able to handle a large team under me, this experience helped me acquire management and leadership skills. I always ensure my work is 100% done on time while keeping track of my team and their performance.

Any advice you would give to someone entering into the software Industry?
--Srinivas Sarakadam -
Software engineering is a high-demand and high-paying field, which is one (but not the only) reason we see many people wanting to become software engineer. Make sure you spend 15 mins daily on technical forums like stack exchange/overflow according to your skill set. Read questions and answers posted by experts. Follow a technical blog according to you skillset, even if you don’t get time to ready daily, read the article topics and their introduction.

After long hours on the job, how do you maintain your physical and mental well- being?

I go to the gym 5 days a week to keep my mental and physical health in good shape.

It is the strongest media with an ability to connect and share information with anyone. Social Media is a Powerful Marketing Tool which helps us to build a business, establish authority, learn, motivate young people, empower creativity, etc. Today it is more powerful than any other form of media.
