    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Sonia Nahar

A brand strategy is an ongoing process that requires flexibility and adaptation - - Starting off by defining business goals and objectives and how can the brand contribute to these objectives and support the overall business strategy. - Gather information about the target audience, competitors, and industry trends with a proper market research. - Defining the brand purpose and core values that lays the foundation of brand equity. - Developing Brand Identity by creating visual elements that represent the overall brand - logo, colors and typography, and developing a brand voice and tone that reflects the brand. - Right set of target audience basis the demographics and behavior. - Further a focus towards Brand Positioning by defining a unique value proposition and positioning in the market and how it makes the brand stand out. - Creating a compelling and consistent messaging that effectively communicates the brand's value and resonates with the target audience. - Documenting the brand strategy, guidelines, and messaging in a comprehensive brand guidelines document. Implementing all the above mentioned points in the right way across various marketing channels and touchpoints and monitoring the effectiveness of the brand strategy.

Can you tell us about a particular situation when you had to take a risk and it paid off successfully?

    --Srinivas Sarakadam

  • Sonia Nahar

Taking calculated risks is often an integral part of decision-making in both personal and professional situations. Successful risk-taking typically involves thorough analysis, weighing potential outcomes, considering alternatives, and being willing to step outside of one's comfort zone. While managing the brand WowKidz, focusing on the content strategy, planning and devising it across platforms was quite challenging to ensure that the brand grows not only in India, but worldwide. Hence diving into the space of localization was quite a risk, along with acquiring International content with an aim to cater to Indian audience that came with a lot of investment, but in the end paid off well.
