This approach encourages recurring purchases, often paired with a discount, making it attractive for customers. By offering this feature, small businesses can benefit from increased revenue through multiple purchases and better revenue projections, helping to stabilize income.

Subscribe and save also fosters brand loyalty, as customers commit to buying regularly. The added convenience of automatic purchases eliminates the need for customers to remember when to restock. However, it may affect profit margins, as discounts are often needed to incentivize customers. Managing subscriptions also requires more internal processes, though the revenue gains typically outweigh these costs.
