Caesars Palace Dubai is about to undergo a transformation, making way for the emergence of a brand new Banyan Tree hotel in the vibrant city of Dubai. This exciting development comes as a result of a significant agreement between Ennismore, the parent company of Banyan Tree Group, and Dubai Holding, a prominent player in the Dubai hospitality scene.
The project, situated on the picturesque Bluewaters Island, is set to introduce fresh and innovative hospitality brands to Dubai's ever-evolving landscape. The initial phase of this multi-staged endeavor will see the inauguration of Banyan Tree Dubai in November 2023.
The agreement for this remarkable transformation was formally signed by Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accor, and Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding.
Under the new vision, Banyan Tree Dubai will seamlessly replace the existing Caesars Palace Dubai, with plans for an extensive refurbishment to enhance the resort's offerings. This reimagined resort will encompass 179 rooms, including 30 luxurious suites. Furthermore, a stunning four-bedroom villa will take center stage, boasting its private entrance, pool, and direct beach access.
In addition to the refined accommodations, the resort will feature a dedicated Banyan Tree Spa. This spa oasis will include a reception area, relaxation zones, a state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, exclusive dining options, private miniature rainforests, hydrotherapy pools, and a range of world-class treatment rooms.
As a testament to its commitment to delivering a comprehensive experience, the resort will house five distinct restaurants and bars. Moreover, it will offer 96 private residences, encompassing one, two, three, and four-bedroom units. These residences will enjoy a dedicated lobby, an outdoor swimming pool, and access to the hotel's extensive facilities and amenities.
Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accor, expressed enthusiasm about the burgeoning partnership between Accor and Dubai Holding. He highlighted the announcement of Banyan Tree Dubai as just the beginning of a promising series of projects designed to further expand their presence in Dubai and worldwide.
The resort's prime location at the heart of Bluewaters Dubai promises guests a truly immersive experience within this dynamic destination.
Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding, emphasized the historical significance of Bluewaters Island, known for its iconic projects that redefine luxury and reinforce Dubai's global standing in the tourism industry. The collaboration with industry leaders such as Accor, Ennismore, and Banyan Tree Group marks a pivotal moment in their journey to elevate Dubai's hospitality landscape.
Kaushal noted that Dubai's diverse and exceptional hospitality experiences serve as a source of inspiration for the global industry. He expressed confidence that the reimagined resort would further enrich these offerings. In alignment with their vision of "For the Good of Tomorrow," Dubai Holding remains committed to unlocking opportunities that strengthen Dubai's position as a leader in the global hospitality sector and a premier tourism hub.
