Cisalpina Expands Globally with the Opening of Naples Office

Italian travel management company Cisalpina Tours has taken a significant step in its global expansion efforts by opening a new service center in Naples, marking its first presence in Southern Italy.

This latest office, part of the Bluvacanze Group, primarily aims to serve clients in Southern Italy. It also represents the seventh branch of Cisalpina Tours in the country, complementing its existing locations in Turin, Milan, Rome, Padua, Bolzano, and Rimini.

As part of its ambitious growth strategy, Cisalpina Tours is planning further international expansion. In 2023, the company is set to venture into new markets, including New York, Santos (Brazil), Izmir (Turkey), Cyprus, and Hamburg. Additionally, new offices in Paris, Madrid, London, and Geneva are in the preparatory stages for commencement of operations.

Beyond expanding its global footprint, Cisalpina Tours introduced a cutting-edge self-booking tool for its clients in June. Named 'MyTico', this innovative tool aggregates multi-GDS content from air, rail, car, and accommodation providers. It also seamlessly integrates travel and cost authorization processes, along with expense reporting, streamlining the travel management experience for clients.

Domenico Pellegrino, CEO of Bluvacanze Group, expressed the company's vision for the future, stating, "The company is projected towards a growth horizon along three directions: internationalization, digitalization, and sustainability. We are opening offices in 10 foreign markets to acquire new customers in business travel and high-profile tourism. We have launched the first digital application that radically changes the relationship between travelers and travel agencies. We plan a future of carbon neutrality which will take time, but already fills us with confidence for a better tomorrow for us all."

Cisalpina Tours currently manages business travel for approximately 800 clients, encompassing both national and international clientele, with an impressive annual volume of approximately 2 million travel transactions. This expansion into Naples marks another significant milestone in the company's journey toward becoming a global leader in travel management.
