Contact Financial Expands to Dubai with New ‘Contact Credit’ Launch

Contact Financial Holding, Egypt’s leading provider of non-banking financial services, has expanded its operations to the UAE with the opening of a new branch in Dubai. This strategic move introduces "Contact Credit," which offers a comprehensive range of financing and insurance services specifically tailored for Egyptians residing in the UAE.

Located in the prominent Business Bay area of Dubai, the new office positions Contact Financial Holding at the heart of the city’s business district. The official launch ceremony took place on September 9, 2024, with notable attendees including Mr. Said Zater, CEO of Contact Financial Holding, His Excellency Dr. Hossam Hussein Ismail, the Consul General of Egypt in Dubai, and other distinguished figures from both the UAE and Egyptian communities. The event highlighted Contact’s commitment to expanding its international footprint and enhancing its service offerings on a global scale.

The Dubai branch will provide Egyptians in the UAE with financing solutions for various needs, including cars, home appliances, mortgages, home renovations, and more. Additionally, it offers insurance services through its subsidiaries, such as Contact Insurance Brokerage, Sarwa Insurance, and Sarwa Life, covering asset and service insurance in Egypt.

This expansion represents a significant milestone for Contact Financial Holding’s international growth strategy. The new office aims to make financial and insurance services more accessible to Egyptians abroad, eliminating the need to travel back to Egypt for these services. As part of the launch, a special promotion offers a 50% discount on administrative fees for a limited time.

Looking ahead, Contact Financial Holding plans further expansion into other Arab countries within the GCC and is exploring opportunities in European markets. The Dubai branch is expected to play a pivotal role in Contact’s growth, providing enhanced convenience and support to the Egyptian community in the UAE.
