Dubai Staffing Business Group Hosts Inaugural AGM, Unveils Strategic Roadmap for Future

The Dubai Staffing Business Group (SBG) recently held its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the leadership of Chairman David Stockton, Group CEO of Dulsco Group. The SBG, operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce, aims to promote the growth and interests of members in Dubai’s rapidly evolving staffing industry. The AGM featured the unveiling of a strategic roadmap that will guide the group in tackling key industry challenges and advancing member objectives.

The Board of Directors, comprised of notable industry leaders such as Mayank Patel (Vice Chairman) from The Adecco Group, and Hamad Ballaith, CEO of Ayadi Human Capital Solutions, outlined their vision, mission, and 12 advocacy streams. These streams include Ethical Recruitment, Emiratisation, and Technological Advancements. The group discussed enhancing membership programmes to foster innovation, collaboration, and adherence to high industry standards.

SBG is focused on driving business growth through initiatives in Regulatory Advocacy, Workforce Development, and Innovation. The group will also collaborate with government bodies like the Ministry of Human Resources to support the industry. Through events, workshops, and resources, SBG offers members tools to stay informed and competitive.
