Expand North Star 2024: Dubai's Digital Business Ecosystem Advantages

Expand North Star 2024, taking place at Dubai Harbour from October 13 to 16, will be a showcase for the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, emphasizing the emirate's vibrant digital business ecosystem. As part of the largest global gathering for startups and investors, this event will highlight Dubai's competitive advantages and its significant role in driving business growth. The chamber will present premier facilities and infrastructure designed to support digital startups, along with services that facilitate local and global business expansion.

A key feature of the chamber's participation is 'Launchpad Dubai,' an integrated platform created in collaboration with five partners to connect investors and entrepreneurs with essential business services. Partners include the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), Emirates NBD, BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates, Antler, and Silkhaus. Innovative initiatives will also be highlighted to enhance the contribution of the digital economy to Dubai and promote a conducive business environment.

Among these initiatives is the ‘Create Apps in Dubai’ program, aimed at training over 1,000 Emiratis in coding and mobile app development. Furthermore, the ‘Business in Dubai’ platform will provide practical support for businesses looking to launch or expand, including access to essential services and matchmaking opportunities, strengthening Dubai’s leadership in the global digital economy.
