FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) has officially announced its relocation to the Burj Daman offices within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This strategic move to larger premises not only consolidates the firm's presence but also unites its wholly owned businesses, FTI Capital Advisors and Delta Partners, under one roof. The relocation also sets the stage for future expansion within each of these operations.

The new office was inaugurated on September 21st by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum. During the opening ceremony, Sheikh Ahmed conveyed his optimism about FTI Consulting's consolidated presence in DIFC, emphasizing its positive impact on the Dubai business community. He highlighted Dubai's role as a preferred global hub for leading companies seeking expert-led business advisory services from FTI Consulting, especially when facing diverse opportunities and challenges. He also noted that the firm's expanded presence would cater to the evolving needs of the thriving market in Dubai and the broader Middle East.

His Excellency Essa Kazim, the Governor of DIFC, welcomed FTI Consulting's expansion and expressed mutual commitment to shaping the future of innovation, partnerships, and finance. He emphasized DIFC's dedication to driving growth as the foremost global financial center in the MEASA region. Their shared goal is to ensure the continued flourishing of the international financial and business community, contributing significantly to the regional economy.

Vikas Papriwal, Senior Managing Director and Head of FTI Consulting Middle East and Africa, shared his enthusiasm about the move to a single office within DIFC. He highlighted FTI Consulting's commitment to being recognized as a Great Place to Work employer in the United Arab Emirates. Papriwal believes that this office relocation will further enhance their ability to attract and nurture top talent. This, in turn, will empower them to assist clients in achieving their objectives across the Middle East effectively.

FTI Consulting professionals in Dubai offer a wide range of sophisticated business advisory services, including solutions related to construction, corporate finance, cybersecurity, disputes, expert witness testimony, financial crime, risk and compliance management, forensic and digital investigations, investment banking, strategy consulting, and strategic communications. The newly occupied office building has achieved LEED Silver certification, providing an energy-efficient and collaborative workspace for both employees and visiting clients.

Lars Faeste, EMEA Chairman at FTI Consulting, emphasized the firm's diverse offerings, which span construction, corporate finance, the public sector, and the telecoms, media, and tech sectors. He underlined that FTI Consulting's collective expertise positions them as unrivaled partners for businesses in the region. This office move is expected to foster greater collaboration among teams and enhance their ability to leverage the best expertise for each client project.

FTI Consulting's new office location in Dubai underscores the firm's ongoing commitment to serving clients in the Middle East. In the previous month, FTI Consulting expanded its presence in Abu Dhabi with a new office in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, the international financial hub of the United Arab Emirates capital. Additionally, in October 2022, the firm established a new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, further solidifying its regional presence and commitment to client service.
