Cboe Canada Inc., formerly known as the NEO Exchange, proudly welcomes GRIID Infrastructure Inc. (“GRIID”) to the public markets as it makes its debut today, now listed and trading under the ticker symbol GRDI.

GRIID, a forward-thinking low-carbon bitcoin mining company, leads the charge in revolutionizing the bitcoin mining space. By shifting demand away from traditional, high-emission fossil fuels, GRIID supports the transition to renewable energy. The company actively procures low-cost, carbon-free energy to build, manage, and operate a growing portfolio of bitcoin mining facilities, currently operating four self-mining enterprise facilities in the U.S.
