Renowned for its vibrant Peruvian cuisine, COYA Dubai's new Luncheon Menu caters specifically to the business diner, offering a delicious escape to Peru in the chic setting of the Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort. Featuring two or three-course options, these menus showcase unique dishes crafted for the lunch hour.
Unlike traditional sharing concepts, the menu presents an à la carte selection of vibrant Peruvian delights, available exclusively during afternoons. Ideal for the busy workforce, the menu is served Mondays through Thursdays from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
Guests can opt for a two-course experience priced at AED140 or a three-course lunch for AED160. The former includes an appetizer and main course, while the latter adds a delectable dessert for a sweet conclusion.
Starting with appetizers, options like Ensalada de COYA offer a refreshing mix of baby gem lettuce, purple potatoes, and goat cheese, while the Ensalada de Tomate presents smoked tomatoes, charred avocado, and Cotija cheese. Heartier choices include the Pollo Crujiente Sando, a crispy chicken sandwich with tangy tamarind shallots and creamy avocado.
For the main course, savor the comforting Cazuela de Hongos, a bomba rice hot pot filled with mushrooms and crispy enoki, or indulge in the Pollo a la Brasa, featuring tender baby chicken with purple potatoes, choclo, ají amarillo, and crispy basil. Seafood aficionados can enjoy the Parihuela de Mariscos, a tantalizing stew of mussels, squid, and coconut, complemented by the refreshing touch of green mango.
