Jaideep Janakiram appointed to spearhead Sony Pictures India global ventures

Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced the promotion of Jaideep Janakiram to the role of Head of International Business and Operations. Janakiram, previously serving as the Head of International Business (Americas), will succeed Neeraj Arora, as stated by the company.

In his new capacity, Janakiram will directly report to Rajesh Kaul, who serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Distribution & International Business and as the Business Head of the Sports Cluster at SPNI. Kaul expressed confidence in Janakiram's abilities, highlighting his integral role within the team and his demonstrated expertise and leadership. He anticipates continued growth and expansion of the international business segment under Janakiram's guidance.

Sony Pictures Networks India represents the consumer-facing aspect of Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, based in Japan. This elevation of Jaideep Janakiram signifies the company's commitment to strategic leadership appointments and its ongoing efforts to enhance its global business operations.
