Nexxchange Acquires Italy's Top Golf Software Company

Nexxchange, a leading European golf software provider with over 400 courses under contract, has acquired Sysgolf SRL, Italy’s top golf software company, which serves more than 200 courses. This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Nexxchange as it plans to integrate Sysgolf’s advanced solutions into its comprehensive European platform for golf course operators.

Key features from Sysgolf, such as its world-class tournament management module and the popular Gesgolf mobile app, which has over 90,000 users in Italy, will soon be part of Nexxchange’s Europe-wide ecosystem. This integration will enhance Nexxchange’s unified platform, which includes a marketplace for booking tee times, golf academy sessions, and events, offering seamless access to both local and broader European golf facilities.

Sysgolf’s CEO, Marina Cuneo, expressed pride in having built Italy’s leading golf software provider and confidence in Nexxchange’s ability to continue their legacy and deliver next-generation solutions.
