OMNIYAT Group has launched BEYOND, a groundbreaking development company focused on enhancing Dubai's luxury real estate market. The new initiative will cover 11 million square feet along the Jumeirah coastline, with BEYOND dedicating 8 million square feet to this project. This massive development aims to integrate lush green landscapes with sophisticated luxury, offering a unique waterfront living experience in Dubai.

BEYOND will leverage OMNIYAT Group’s extensive global network to revolutionize urban living, merging luxury, nature, and modern lifestyles seamlessly. The project will feature extensive greenery, world-class amenities, and advanced interactive technologies to personalize the living experience for residents.

Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Executive Chairman of OMNIYAT Group, emphasized that this collaboration with Dubai Maritime City will set a new benchmark in urban development, showcasing an innovative approach that combines luxury and nature.
