Pineapple Financial Inc. (NYSE American: PAPL) has unveiled its latest strategic move by establishing an office in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, as part of its expansion into Western Canada. Situated on Glen Drive in Coquitlam, this new location serves as the company's pivotal hub for operations and strategic initiatives in the region.

This expansion follows Pineapple's recent venture into Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, signifying the company's relentless pursuit of nationwide growth and innovation. The anticipated impact of this move is substantial, with Pineapple projecting a significant boost in its revenue.

Christa Mitchell, Pineapple's Chief Strategy Officer, emphasized, "This expansion solidifies our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional mortgage solutions to Canadians, contributing to the economic landscape by creating job opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships."

CEO Shubha Dasgupta views this expansion as a critical component of the company's overarching strategy. "Not only does this new office reinforce our commitment to nationwide growth, innovation, and unparalleled service excellence, but it also will play a crucial role in introducing our cutting-edge AI-driven technology solutions to local brokerages and clients and drive significant revenue growth in British Columbia."

Moreover, Mr. Dasgupta highlighted that Pineapple has expanded its network in Western Canada by adding 50 new mortgage professionals with the inclusion of various brokerage partners across the region:

Pineapple Canada Lending House Corporation, a franchise brokerage with branches in Delta, Kelowna, Vancouver, and Victoria, partners with various teams across Canada:
