RBC Global Asset Management Inc. has introduced two new ETF series now listed and trading on Cboe Canada. The RBC U.S. Mid-Cap Growth Equity Fund (RUMG) targets long-term capital appreciation by focusing on mid-cap U.S. equities. The fund maintains a diversified portfolio across various U.S. industries, utilizing comprehensive economic, industry, and company-specific analysis to evaluate growth prospects.
The RBC Life Science and Technology Fund (RLST) is crafted to deliver long-term capital growth through equity investments in U.S. companies within the life sciences and technology sectors. This includes biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, internet infrastructure, and telecommunications.
Rob Marrocco, Global Head of ETF Listings at Cboe Global Markets, expressed enthusiasm about the new additions, highlighting the benefits of diversified U.S. market exposure and investment opportunities in science and technology. He emphasized Cboe Canada's role as a preferred listing venue and looked forward to further collaboration in enhancing the Canadian ETF landscape.
The newly launched funds are now available for trading alongside twelve existing RBC GAM ETFs on Cboe Canada. Investors can access these ETFs through standard investment channels, including discount brokerage platforms and full-service dealers.
