Sustain Labs Paris, an Indian-owned venture builder focused on sustainability and climate solutions, is excited to announce its collaboration with the Dubai World Trade Center for GITEX Impact 2024. This partnership marks the second consecutive year that Sustain Labs Paris has played a pivotal role in this prestigious event. GITEX, organized by the Dubai World Trade Center, is renowned as one of the largest global technology exhibitions. GITEX Impact, however, stands out as a unique platform specifically dedicated to climate tech, sustainability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) innovation. As the program partner, Sustain Labs Paris has been instrumental in curating a specialized event within the GITEX Impact framework, which will take place at Dubai Harbour, UAE, showcasing the company's leadership in advancing climate-tech solutions on a global scale.
The collaboration between Sustain Labs Paris and the Dubai World Trade Center extends beyond the event itself, encompassing broader initiatives in institutional building, event transformation, and strategic communications. This partnership significantly amplifies Sustain Labs Paris's global influence and reach. GITEX Impact 2024 is expected to attract over 120,000 visitors, more than 500 climate-tech companies, over 120 expert speakers, and 150 impact investors from 40 countries. This makes it a premier platform for innovation in sustainability and climate tech. Sustain Labs Paris leads various initiatives, including the GITEX Impact Summer Knowledge Series, which features prominent thought leaders such as Niall Dunne, CEO of Polymateria, Dr. Roberta Boscolo from the World Meteorological Organization, and David Carlin from the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative, all offering valuable insights into sustainability.
Over the past two years, the GITEX Impact Leaders community has grown significantly, with 300 leaders selected in 2023 and an additional 200 joining in 2024, totaling 500 sustainability pioneers from diverse industries. Prominent Indian leaders like Anirudh Gupta, Co-founder of Climes; Anjalli Ravi Kumar, Chief Sustainability Officer at Zomato; and Ankit Todi, Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Mahindra Group, underscore India’s vital contribution to global climate action.
Under the theme "Reshaping the Future of Sustainable Technology," Sustain Labs Paris aims to unite thought leaders at GITEX Impact 2024 to address pressing sustainability challenges and propose actionable solutions. Notable figures, including Dr. Harish K. Ahuja from the National Stock Exchange and Arun Raste from NCDEX, will lead discussions aimed at advancing sustainability across various sectors.
