UK-Armenia Strategic Dialogue: Joint Statement, Nov 2023

 

During the official visit of Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Mr Ararat Mirzoyan, to London, the inaugural Strategic Dialogue unfolded on November 13, 2023. This crucial dialogue emphasized the strong cooperation and friendship between the UK and Armenia, addressing global threats to democratic values, human rights, and the rule of law. The Ministers discussed governance, defense cooperation, trade, and the necessity of establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus. The commitment to enhancing the UK-Armenia relationship and concluding the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) was reaffirmed.
