Business France Highlights Aerospace Excellence at AIME & MRO 2024

Business France, the national agency supporting France's international economic development, is set to feature a dedicated French Pavilion at the Aircraft Interiors Middle East (AIME) & MRO Middle East 2024. In collaboration with Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, this initiative will showcase the advanced capabilities and innovative solutions of 22 French companies.

The event coincides with a notable upswing in the Middle East's aerospace sector in 2023, particularly in the UAE market, further fueled by Saudi Arabia's expanding tourism sector and future aspirations. Participating companies at the exhibition will spotlight their expertise in safety, material testing, innovative aircraft design and maintenance, along with a comprehensive range of services such as engineering consulting, cutting-edge logistics solutions, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), handling systems, automated drone inspection technologies, and top-tier parking and storage facilities.

The showcase will also feature demonstrations of advanced maintenance tooling and testing equipment. Axel Baroux, Managing Director at Business France Middle East, emphasizes the event as a testament to France's aerospace prowess, from safety and material testing to innovative design and maintenance. The exhibition underlines the commitment of French aerospace stakeholders to innovation, particularly in maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), and aircraft cabin interior design.

Anne Brachet, Executive Vice President of Air France – KLM Engineering & Maintenance, expresses honor in leading the exclusive partnership with Business France. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in advancing the global aerospace landscape, unveiling the French Pavilion at AIME & MRO Middle East 2024. The showcase spotlights the expertise and cutting-edge solutions of 21 distinguished French companies, reflecting a joint commitment to innovation, excellence, and redefining aviation performance and sustainability standards. The collaboration represents a collective vision for the future of aviation by two leaders in their respective domains.
