HLC Assumes Control Transforming Messingschlager USA's Business Landscape

Messingschlager USA recently announced a significant shift in its business operations, revealing that HLC will now take over the distribution of its renowned brands in the United States. This development follows Messingschlager's acquisition of Cycle Force USA in 2021, subsequently rebranding it as Messingschlager USA.

Among the notable brands under Messingschlager USA's umbrella are M-Wave and Ventura, alongside exclusive U.S. rights to the KTM bicycle brand and the distribution of HEAD bikes to North American dealers. In a heartfelt letter to customers, CEO Pat Cunnane expressed gratitude for their continued support. The company has ceased website operations and order acceptance, with HLC anticipated to have the remaining inventory by March 22.

Despite this transition, Messingschlager USA assures customers that it will continue its operations throughout the calendar year. Cunnane also disclosed that Cycle Force founder Nyle Nims will retain control of the operation's 3PL operations, a crucial logistics component that has quietly supported numerous brands in the U.S. market over the years. Further details on this strategic move and operational adjustments are expected to be communicated by Cunnane in subsequent updates. Stay tuned for more information on this transformative phase in Messingschlager USA's business journey.
