Hoffmann Green Secures Key Licensing Agreement in the United States

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies has signed a 30-year licensing agreement in the United States, marking a significant step in its international expansion. This exclusive agreement with Hoffmann Green USA, led by Olivier Ducimetière-Monod and Francis Beauvallet, will leverage Hoffmann's innovative clinker-free cement technologies and replicate its vertical production model. The partnership aims to decarbonize the construction sector by introducing 0% clinker cements across key American states.

The agreement follows successful tests and months of negotiations, reflecting the strong interest in Hoffmann's sustainable solutions. Hoffmann Green will receive an initial entry fee of €2 million and annual royalties based on sales, with an option for sub-licensing, which could further drive growth and royalties. The contract also includes a potential extension to the entire U.S. by 2025 for a total fee of €20 million. Julien Blanchard and David Hoffmann, co-founders of

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies, expressed their excitement about the partnership, highlighting the partners' expertise and alignment with Hoffmann's vision for the construction sector. This agreement follows a similar deal in Saudi Arabia, reinforcing Hoffmann's strategy for international development and commitment to reducing carbon emissions in the dynamic U.S. construction industry.
