SEH Expands Facility and Infrastructure Assessment Capabilities with Acquisition of RAM USA

 

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH), a national employee-owned engineering and architecture firm, has announced its acquisition of RAM USA's assets, renowned for pioneering patented technology in facility and infrastructure assessment. This strategic move enhances SEH's service portfolio and reinforces its dedication to leveraging technology for enhanced facility and infrastructure solutions.

Under its new identity as RAM Companies, LLC, RAM USA will function as a wholly owned subsidiary of SEH. Acknowledged as a Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Synergy Preferred Supplier in the United States, RAM has twice received the prestigious JLL Supplier of Distinction Award for Innovation. As part of the SEH family, RAM Companies will provide an extensive range of assessment, planning, engineering, and architectural services to clients.
