In addition to SSD technology, Samsung has also begun mass production of its ultra-thin LPDDR5X mobile DRAM, designed for AI-driven mobile devices. Available in 12GB and 16GB packages, the LPDDR5X DRAM is the thinnest in the industry at just 0.65 mm.
