The Access Group signs agreement to acquire onboarding platform Onboarded

The Access Group, a prominent provider of business management software across the UK, Ireland, USA, and Asia Pacific, has announced an agreement to acquire Onboarded, an Australian technology provider specializing in recruitment onboarding software. This strategic acquisition will enable Access Recruitment to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring candidates' compliance quickly and efficiently. In fact, 84% of candidates using the Onboarded platform complete onboarding within 24 hours.

Additionally, The Access Group is acquiring Onboarded's sister company, smartAI, a personalized conversation platform designed for recruiters, enhancing the use of AI within recruitment. This acquisition aligns with The Access Group’s commitment to integrating automation and AI into the recruitment sector to make innovative technology more accessible globally.
