USA Compression Partners First-Quarter 2024 Distribution, Earnings, Conference Call Set

USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) ("USA Compression") has announced a cash distribution of $0.525 per common unit ($2.10 annually) for the first quarter of 2024, payable on May 3, 2024, to unitholders  record of April 22, 2024.

Additionally, USA Compression will release its first-quarter 2024 results before the U.S. financial markets open on May 7. Management will host an investor conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Central Time) the same day to discuss financial and operating results. The call will be live-streamed over the internet, with participation available via audio webcast or phone. A replay will be accessible shortly after the call on USA Compression's Investor Relations website's "Events" page.

This release serves has qualified notice  nominees under Treasury Regulation Section 1.1446-4(b)(4) and (d). One hundred percent of USA Compression's distributions to foreign investors are subject to federal tax withholding.
