Vinpai and Adetis Forge Partnership to Enhance Presence in the French Market

Vinpai (ISIN: FR001400AXT1; ticker: ALVIN), a specialist in developing, manufacturing, and marketing algae- and plant-based functional ingredients for the food and cosmetics sectors, has announced a strategic partnership with Adetis, a company specializing in the distribution of organic, conventional, and clean label ingredients. This collaboration is geared towards their joint mission of expanding their presence in the French market, covering the entire nation, and providing customers with innovative solutions.

Within this partnership, Vinpai gains access to Adetis' extensive portfolio, boasting over 800 clients in the food, animal nutrition, and dietary supplements industries. In return, Adetis secures exclusive access to Vin'FibrAlg's innovative marine algae and plant fiber solutions across France. These offerings enhance Adetis' ingredient offerings, providing unique texturing, emulsification, stabilization, and natural preservation capabilities. Additionally, Adetis benefits from Vinpai's expertise in sodium reduction through its V-SALT ingredient range.

Vinpai, with its catalog of more than 3,500 natural flavor formulations, has a proven track record in meeting customers' specific development needs. The company obtained FSCC 22000 certification in 2022 and ISO 9001 certification a few years earlier, ensuring the highest standards of quality and traceability for its customers and partners.

The first significant event demonstrating this partnership will be an exhibition at the CFIA ("Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l'Industrie Agroalimentaire") trade fair in Rennes, Europe's leading agri-food region, from March 12 to 14, 2024. Vinpai and Adetis will jointly showcase their offerings at this event, providing an opportunity to highlight the full range of exclusive services and technologies resulting from their collaboration.

Philippe Leray, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Vinpai expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, emphasizing the alignment of values and shared commitment to customer-centric approaches. He noted that through Adetis' distribution network, they can reach a broader customer base and expand their national coverage.

About Adetis: Adetis, a family-owned group established in the early 1980s, has cultivated its expertise, expanded its experience, and established strong relationships in the agri-food industry through its four core activities: ingredients trading, equipment manufacturing for the beverage sector, winemaking services, and a food and drink analysis laboratory. Adetis specializes in the distribution of organic, conventional, and clean-label ingredients for the food industry, animal nutrition, and dietary supplements.

About Vinpai: Founded in 2011 by Cyrille Damany and Philippe Le Ray, Vinpai is an ingredient technology (ingredien'tech) company that specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing functional ingredients based on algae, plants, minerals, and fibers.
