Accenture, a global professional services company, has recently completed its acquisition of SIGNAL, an integrated marketing firm located in Tokyo, Japan. This strategic move bolsters Accenture's capacity to facilitate clients' marketing transformations, spanning owned, paid, and earned media channels.
SIGNAL, previously under VECTOR, Japan's largest PR group, offers a diverse range of integrated marketing services. These encompass public relations, social media management, influencer marketing, advertising operations, research, and web production.
Approximately 100 industry experts from SIGNAL have now joined Accenture's marketing operations team in Japan. This infusion of talent is geared towards empowering organizations to provide a seamless, channel-agnostic marketing experience, thereby optimizing their marketing investments.
Atsushi Egawa, leading Accenture's Japan business, commented on the acquisition, emphasizing SIGNAL's extensive expertise across PR, marketing, and communication domains.
