Japan's Shinryo Corporation to Acquire GMP Technical Solutions

Shinryo Corporation, a $1.7 billion Japanese HVAC giant, will acquire an 85% stake in India's GMP Technical Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of cleanroom partitions. The deal, valued at Rs 185 crore, marks Shinryo's expansion into the Indian market. GMP, owned by Vascon Engineers Limited, specializes in cleanroom, modular partition, and HVAC solutions for the pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors.
