Nagarro Targets Growth in US and Japan, Workforce in India

Nagarro, a digital engineering company with roots in India and a global presence, employs over 18,000 people across 36 countries. With more than 13,000 of its workforce in India, Nagarro serves clients in various regions, including the US, Europe, and South Africa. The company operates over 20 offices, referred to as "hives," in India and aims to enhance its footprint in the global market.

The CEO, Manas Human, highlighted the maturation of the Indian market, noting that over 10% of Nagarro's business now comes from India, a figure expected to rise as local companies increasingly seek specialized technology solutions. While a significant portion of revenue stems from the US and Europe—about 30-40% from each—Nagarro is prioritizing growth in both markets, along with Japan.

To strengthen its presence, Nagarro is investing in hiring senior leaders in the US and has appointed a new country leader in Japan. Additionally, the company is exploring opportunities in the LATAM and MENA regions, following strategic acquisitions that enhance its capabilities. With ambitious plans to reach $10 billion in revenue by 2033, Nagarro is well-positioned for growth in the automotive and industrial sectors, among others.
