VentureTech Partners With TSE to Help Asian Firms List in Japan

VentureTECH Malaysia has announced a strategic partnership with the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) to facilitate the listing of multinational companies on the TSE. This collaboration aligns with TSE’s initiative to strengthen cross-border financial ecosystems and enhance Asian participation in Japan's capital markets.

The partnership supports the TSE Asia Startup Hub, a new initiative designed to attract promising Asian companies for initial public offerings (IPOs) in Japan. The hub offers comprehensive support, including business development, fundraising, and IPO preparation, with the goal of increasing cross-border listings on the TSE.

Through this collaboration, VentureTECH will respond to requests from the TSE Asia Startup Hub, helping bridge connections between Asian and Japanese companies. This effort aims to bolster Japan’s role as a global financial center.

The TSE Asia Startup Hub focuses on recruiting and nurturing high-potential companies from across Asia, aiding their transition from growth stages to IPOs. The TSE provides guidance, business matching, visibility enhancement, and connections with Japanese venture capital and corporate investors.

Ahmad Redzuan Sidek, CEO of VentureTECH, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting its potential to expand opportunities for Malaysian businesses and strengthen their growth. The hub is set to start recruiting eligible companies in Q3 2024.
