"A New Era in Brazilian Workplaces: Great Expectations Unveiled"

The landscape of the modern workplace is rapidly evolving in Brazil, with enterprises actively seeking partners to facilitate the creation of a hybrid, connected, autonomous, intelligent, and immersive work environment. This insight comes from a newly published research report by Information Services Group (ISG), a prominent global technology research and advisory firm listed on Nasdaq.

The 2023 ISG Provider Lens™ Future of Work (Workplace) Services report focusing on Brazil underscores the growing demand for workplaces that offer employees the flexibility to perform their tasks from anywhere, at any time, with a focus on agility and productivity. Brazilian companies are grappling with the challenge of attracting and retaining top talent, driving them to invest in technologies that empower and engage their workforce, as highlighted in the ISG report.

Dee Anthony, the Americas lead for Future of Work at ISG, emphasized, "Enterprises in Brazil are more dynamic than ever," and emphasized the importance of service providers being able to adapt digital workplaces to align with the working methods of an

organization's employees.

Brazilian companies are swiftly adapting to the post-pandemic workplace reality, recognizing the paramount importance of Employee Experience (EX). Transforming EX has become a top priority for business leaders, leading them to seek assistance from providers to implement and support an EX-focused technology model. The ISG report highlights the growing significance of strategy and consulting as organizations strive for a comprehensive approach to EX transformation.

The report further highlights that providers excelling in consultative capabilities for managing the transitions required in an evolving digital work model, and offering enhanced EX management elements such as empathy and personalization, are making a notable impact. Providers of EX transformation services often engage with clients in an outcome-focused model. Many of these providers have embraced experience-level agreements (XLAs) and are deeply focused on enhancing collaboration and communication to boost engagement within work teams.

Jan Erik Aase, partner and global leader at ISG Provider Lens Research, emphasized the profound impact of digital transformation on enterprises' approach, not only to customers but also to employees. The adoption of solutions that provide autonomy and self-service with minimal human intervention is imperative in both cases.

The report also explores how companies in Brazil can streamline tasks and processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity by incorporating technologies like Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

The 2023 ISG Provider Lens™ Future of Work (Workplace) - Services report for Brazil evaluates the capabilities of 25 providers across three quadrants: Employee Experience (EX) Transformation Services, Managed Workplace Services - End User Technology, and Digital Service Desk and Workplace Support Services.
