Banco do Brasil selected HCLTech to support its digital transformation and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, which will involve the implementation of Salesforce.
This strategic partnership with Salesforce is set to empower Banco do Brasil in hyper-personalizing customer relationships and service solutions.
