HCL Tech, a prominent global technology company, has recently disclosed its collaboration with Banco do Brasil, one of the largest financial institutions in Latin America. Banco do Brasil selected HCLTech to support its digital transformation and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, which will involve the implementation of Salesforce.

This strategic partnership with Salesforce is set to empower Banco do Brasil in hyper-personalizing customer relationships and service solutions. The objective is to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement across their omnichannel ecosystem, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) resources, data integration, and intelligent guidelines.

The collaboration with Salesforce marks a noteworthy milestone in HCLTech's efforts to accelerate the digital transformation of financial services in Brazil. Marketing Cloud will be used to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while Salesforce Integration Manager will handle integration and automation solutions. Professional Services will ensure the successful implementation of these solutions.
