Brilliance Capital has announced the sale of prime office units at Samsung Hub and The Adelphi. These units are priced at $4,350 per sq ft and $2,950 per sq ft, respectively.
Two Adelphi units are available for sale individually or collectively, with a combined guide price of $14.4m or $2,950 per sq ft. The unit in Samsung Hub spans 3,595 sq ft and is sold with existing tenancy on a private treaty basis, with a guide price of $4,350 per sq ft or over $15.63m.
