Brilliance Capital has announced the sale of prime office units at Samsung Hub and The Adelphi. These units are priced at $4,350 per sq ft and $2,950 per sq ft, respectively.

 

Two Adelphi units are available for sale individually or collectively, with a combined guide price of $14.4m or $2,950 per sq ft. The unit in Samsung Hub spans 3,595 sq ft and is sold with existing tenancy on a private treaty basis, with a guide price of $4,350 per sq ft or over $15.63m. It offers cityscape views and features a column-free, regular layout.

 

Samsung Hub is a 30-storey commercial development in Singapore's Central Business District, near Church Street, Telok Ayer Street, Orchard Road Shopping Belt, and Bugis-Rochor business district. It is also close to transportation links such as Raffles Place MRT Interchange Station.

 

The Adelphi offers two units, spanning 2,034 sq ft and 2,852 sq ft, forming a total of 4,887 sq ft when combined. The units feature ample natural light, expansive views of St Andrews Cathedral and North Bridge Road, a reception area, open office space, partitioned offices, conference rooms, a pantry, discussion areas, and storage space. 

 

The Adelphi is a 10-storey mixed-use development with a five-storey retail podium and a six-storey office block at the corner of North Bridge Road and Coleman Street. It is located between Singapore's Central Business District, Orchard Shopping Belt, and Bugis. Nearby lifestyle destinations include Funan, Raffles City, Singapore Recreation Club, Singapore Management University (SMU), Kempinski Hotel, Swissotel The Stamford, and Fairmont Hotel.

 

Foreigners can purchase the properties with no additional buyer's stamp duty (ABSD) or seller's stamp duty (SSD) payable.
