"Seraphim Secures 300MW Solar Deal with Vertys Energy in Brazil"

Seraphim, a leading solar product manufacturer, has signed a major 300MW solar module distribution agreement with Vertys Energy Group, a prominent energy solutions distributor in Brazil. Under this agreement, Vertys Energy Group will distribute 300 megawatts of Seraphim’s high-efficiency TOPCon bifacial solar modules throughout Brazil. This partnership represents a significant milestone for Seraphim as it enhances its presence in the rapidly expanding Brazilian solar market.

The agreement includes the supply of 585W N-TOPCon bifacial modules and 610W rectangular-cell modules, ideal for utility-scale and commercial solar projects. These modules feature advanced multi-busbar technology and innovative cell design, which minimize power losses, offer 80%±5% bifaciality, and optimize container space utilization up to 99%. This not only lowers logistics costs but also improves return on investment.

Juliano Carulli, CEO of Vertys Energy Group, emphasized the role of this partnership in meeting Brazil's growing energy needs and advancing the country’s renewable energy goals. Seraphim’s VP of Global Sales, Insan Boy, highlighted Brazil's potential for solar energy and the positive impact of their collaboration on the regional energy transition. Seraphim continues to expand its international reach, aiming to drive growth in Brazil’s clean energy sector and contribute to Latin America’s energy transformation.
