Singapore Developer Crafting Luxury Township Near Cambodia's New Airport

ingapore-based real estate developer Sir Stamford Raffles Group (SSRG) is embarking on a significant venture in Cambodia, with the construction of a sprawling 22.6-hectare freehold township. Positioned conveniently close to the capital's forthcoming international airport in Phnom Penh, this ambitious project is named Marum Estate and is situated in Kandal province, just a brief distance south of the bustling city center. Breaking ground in October, the estate spans an impressive expanse equivalent to approximately 35 to 40 football fields.

Marum Estate isn't just expansive in size; it's also grand in its vision. Planned as a luxurious mixed-use development, it will unfold over eight meticulously planned phases, with an anticipated completion timeline set for 2030. Upon realization, the estate will boast 642 landed residences, offering a blend of comfort and sophistication, alongside 181 shophouses. The development isn't limited to residential spaces; it will also host a variety of amenities, including retail outlets, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, catering to the diverse needs of its future residents.
