Singaporean Business Evolution Rapid Changes in Last Four Years

The latest research from HubSpot unveils a significant transformation in Singaporean businesses, driven by global megatrends like generative AI and evolving customer expectations. Businesses are constantly adapting to economic shifts and emerging social platforms, but the era of AI demands more than mere adaptation—it necessitates reinvention.

According to the research, a staggering eighty-one percent of Singaporean companies have evolved more in the past four years than in the previous two decades, marking the highest disruption level globally. As of 2024, local companies face a landscape where staying abreast of technological disruptions is imperative for success. With seventy-one percent feeling conventional growth tactics are waning in effectiveness, and eighty-two percent acknowledging the need for reinvention due to AI, the business climate is ripe for innovation.

To equip Singaporean businesses for this evolving landscape, HubSpot introduces the Service Hub and Content Hub. Recognizing that personalized customer experiences are vital for growth, these tools aim to streamline customer engagement and content creation. The Content Hub addresses challenges in creating multi-channel content, with eighty-two percent of companies expressing a need for tools to remix content across various formats. Through AI-powered solutions like Content Remix and Brand Voice, businesses can deliver tailored content efficiently across diverse channels, ensuring consistent engagement and brand identity.
