Soracom Unveils IoT Connectivity Solution for the Brazilian Market

Soracom, Inc., a prominent global provider of advanced Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity solutions, has officially unveiled PlanP2. This innovative data plan has been specifically crafted to deliver seamless IoT connectivity within the dynamic market of Brazil, all while adhering to strict regulatory compliance requirements.

The IoT landscape in Brazil is both substantial and rapidly expanding. However, the presence of regional limitations on permanent roaming presents a notable compliance challenge for IoT devices intended for use across multiple countries. PlanP2, the latest offering from Soracom, addresses this challenge head-on by enabling customers to utilize the same Soracom IoT SIM for two crucial purposes: global multicarrier connectivity across more than 160 countries and full compliance with 2G/3G/4G/NB-IoT standards within Brazil.
