TCS strengthens Brazil foothold with Londrina delivery centre expansion

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in information technology services, consulting, and business solutions, has unveiled plans to establish a new delivery center in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. The move is projected to create over 1,600 job opportunities within the next five years, significantly contributing to the local economy and enhancing TCS' presence in the region. TCS initially set foot in Londrina in 2018 and currently employs around 1,700 professionals in the city. The introduction of the new centralized campus aims to consolidate the city's workforce, fostering collaboration and innovation. The delivery center will focus on pivotal domains such as business transformation, artificial intelligence, and cognitive business operations, delivering a comprehensive range of IT services to clients across Brazil and globally. Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior, Governor of Paraná, Brazil, underscored the strategic importance of TCS' investment in the region during a recent visit to the Tata Experience Centre in Mumbai. Bruno Rocha, Country Head of TCS Brazil, affirmed the company's commitment to Brazil and its confidence in local talent, aiming to double the number of associates in key technology areas. With over two decades of operations in Brazil and a strong presence in cities like Londrina, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, TCS has earned recognition as a top employer and received accolades for diversity initiatives
