TD SYNNEX acquires IPsense Cloud Migration to enhance Brazil Cloud services

TD SYNNEX has announced an agreement to acquire IPsense Cloud Migration business, a cloud solutions provider in Brazil. This acquisition will enable TD SYNNEX to create a new Cloud competence center in Brazil, offering business partners advanced cloud services and expertise for seamless customer workload migrations. This strategic move strengthens TD SYNNEX’s focus on providing higher value to resellers, enhancing its cloud solutions portfolio.

The acquisition is expected to close within 30 to 90 days, subject to customary conditions. IPsense Cloud Migration specializes in AWS solutions, and after the acquisition, TD SYNNEX will integrate its sales model into a two-tier distribution system. This will encourage collaboration between partners, supporting mutual growth and successful cloud migrations.

The partnership allows TD SYNNEX and its resellers to better serve Latin America’s digital transformation needs with secure, scalable, and tailored cloud solutions. Otavio Lazarini, President of TD SYNNEX Latin America and Caribbean, emphasized the importance of empowering partners with resources for success. Luiz Herculano, Founding Partner of IPsense, highlighted the growth opportunities this partnership brings for the cloud migration business in Brazil and beyond. IPsense’s analytics, big data, and machine learning business will remain independent, managed by George Randolph under a new brand name.
