ThaiBev integrates Cambodian subsidiaries, enhancing regional market presence

ThaiBev has announced the integration of five of its subsidiaries, namely Cambodia Beverage Pte. Ltd. (CBPL), SEAL Cambodia (SEALC), SEAL (Cambodia) Logistics and Supply Chain (SEALC L&S), Industrial Beverage Pte. Ltd. (IBPL), and ASMI (Cambodia) Industrial Management Co. (ASMIC).

CBPL has been established as an investment holding company focusing on non-alcoholic ventures within Cambodia, boasting an issued share capital of $100,000 consisting of ordinary shares.

SEALC and SEALC L&S are actively involved in the logistics sector within Cambodia, each possessing issued share capitals of $3.7 million (US$2.8 million) and $3.67 million (KHR11 billion) respectively, represented by ordinary shares.

Meanwhile, IBPL and ASMIC are dedicated to asset management within Cambodia, with issued share capitals of $14.7 million (US$11 million) and $14.65 million (US$10.95 million) respectively, all in the form of ordinary shares.

This strategic incorporation reflects ThaiBev's commitment to expanding its foothold in Cambodia's diverse business landscape, strengthening its presence across various sectors and enhancing regional market competitiveness.
