Veefin Group Acquires Nityo Infotech’s India Business Investments

Veefin Group has acquired 100% of Nityo Tech, the Indian arm of Nityo Infotech Singapore, marking its second acquisition in two months. Nityo Infotech is a global leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions, serving over 3,000 clients across 44 countries. The company operates in various verticals, including Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Automotive, Healthcare, Media, and more.

This acquisition strengthens Veefin’s position to drive digital transformation in the banking sector. By integrating Nityo Tech's AI and ML capabilities, Veefin aims to enhance its offerings in banking beyond lending. 

The deal allows Veefin to leverage its infrastructure to deliver a broad range of digital transformation services. With a solid presence in the banking industry, Veefin will provide a comprehensive suite of solutions focused on product engineering, AI, and data to banks, supporting their digital transformation efforts.
